- Customers are advised to inspect all items upon delivery in the presence of the dispatch rider or delivery personnel before acceptance.
Delivery Timeline Standard
- delivery is completed within 5 working days. However, deliveries to remote areas may take between 5 and 10 working days.
Pick-Up Station
- Customers in Enugu may pick up their items at the Dandelion Company Limited office located at: No. 1 Agbani Crescent, Akwuke Road, Opposite Saint Evaristus Catholic Church, Gariki, Enugu State. Customers outside Enugu may pick up their items at designated offices of our logistics partners, which will be communicated to them.
