Return and refund Information
NOTE
Dandelion Company Limited: Normal Operations
dandelion company our products are subject to return. Just like our company slogan says value for all we endeavour to bring the best valuables to our esteem customers, by providing a reliable return policy for product with factory faults and products with dents.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- at dandelion the only items that are viable for return are items/products with eg. Factory faults, Damage before delivery, if the product does our description. If it's not functioning properly, if it was not what you ordered.
RETURN TIMELINE.
- at dandelion every items subject to return must be returned to the company within space of 30 days after delivery, if the customer fails to return the purchased item within the stated time frame DANDELION company will not take responsibility of the product.
ITEMS NOT SUBJECT TO RETURN
- Items that were damaged by customer after delivery will not be accepted by dandelion if return should be issued by customer. Electronics products that has been tampered by any other engineers will not be returned by customers. Consumables eg food items and software products. Also refund can only be made to our customers if the item the customer ordered for is out of stock in dandelion company.
Product Confirmation
- Customers are advised to inspect all items upon delivery in the presence of the dispatch rider or delivery personnel before acceptance.
REFUND PROCESS
- refund will be made by dandelion within 5 working days through the platform the customer made the purchase.
NONE REFUNDABLE FEES
- Delivery fee is not subject to refund
- dandelion makes room for customers to switch from one intended items to the other, customers can also replace their items with the available ones at dandelion if the one they purchased does not meet their standards.
